Draft for legal review. This text was prepared as a working draft on 11 October 2026 and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Items in [square brackets] must be confirmed by Canadian Edu Centre before the site goes live.
1. About this website
canadahighschools.com is operated by Canadian Edu Centre, a private education consultancy [confirm the registered legal name]. Canadian Edu Centre has no affiliation with the Government of Canada, its embassies or consulates, or with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Information only
The site gives general information about Canadian high schools, fees and the steps involved in studying in Canada. It is not legal or immigration advice. Decisions on study permits and visas are made solely by IRCC, and admission decisions are made solely by each school or school district. We do not guarantee admission, a study permit, a visa or any academic result.
[Confirm with a licensed professional: in Canada, immigration advice for a fee may be given only by authorized representatives, such as lawyers or consultants licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. State here who provides any such service to your clients.]
3. School information and fees
School profiles and fees are compiled from the sources named on each page: member pages of CAPS-I, school district websites and official school websites, on the dates shown. Schools change fees, programs and deadlines every year. Fee totals and comparisons on this site are estimates. Always confirm the current amount and conditions with the school before you apply or pay. The names of schools, districts and associations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their appearance on this site does not mean they endorse it.
4. Our services
A pre-assessment request or portal application is a request for our help; it is not an application to a school until we confirm that we have submitted it. Any paid service is governed by a separate written agreement that states the service and the fee. [Confirm whether families pay a service fee and whether Canadian Edu Centre receives commission from schools; if so, disclose it here.]
5. Portal accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- A parent or legal guardian must create or supervise the account of a student under 18.
- Education agents may enter a student's information only with the consent of the student's parent or legal guardian, must advise families honestly and must never promise admission or a visa. We may approve, suspend or end an agent account at our discretion.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or documents that are false or altered.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design and illustrations on this site belong to Canadian Edu Centre or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; you may not copy the site or its school database for commercial use.
7. Links to other sites
We link to schools, governments and other organizations for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, Canadian Edu Centre is not liable for losses that result from relying on information on the site without confirming it with the school or with IRCC, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there [confirm]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
